2023 Holiday Shipping & Returns Information 

Make this holiday season stress free by ordering early to give you plenty of time to find the right spot under the tree. Our extended return times allow you to return an item with ease post holidays. Our friendly customer service team has extended hours throughout the holiday season should you require assistance with your order.

Many of our products are pre-order, printed to order, personalized, or shipped from third parties, and require additional processing time prior to shipment. Product pages include such estimates if applicable.

Extended Returns 

We recognize that some fans may need a bit more time to return gifts, which is why we've extended our regular 30-day returns period for the Holiday Season.  

For purchases made between November 14 - December 24, 2023, you'll have until January 31, 2024 to return your item(s) to us as long as it abides by our Returns Policy. 

As a reminder, personalized items are non-refundable. Please see our Returns Policy for full information regarding exclusions.

We are here to assist with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your order during normal business hours, Monday – Friday 08:00 AM-5:00 PM EST. 






Your merchandise order will ship within 5-10 business days from our distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Super Saver is an additional 5-8 business days in transit from the ship date. Standard Ground delivery is an additional 1-8 business days in transit from the ship date. Ground shipments may be shipped by FedEx or the USPS. You may select expedited delivery of 3 Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air during checkout. With these selections, in-stock merchandise will ship the same day with a FedEx delivery guarantee. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Shipping charges are calculated based on real-time FedEx rates. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days according to FedEx guidelines.

Third Party Products:
These products ship from a third party. Product may take 1-6 weeks to ship from the vendor.


Special Order Items:

Special Order items are made to order and are noted "special order" on the product page. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production regardless of the delivery option chosen. Discounts and returns are not available on these on these products as they are custom made to order. 

International Orders:
We ship internationally to Australia, Austria. Brazil, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and United Kingdom.

Promotional codes are not valid on international orders. 

Please note: All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid.  The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. 




We have a 30-Day Hassle Free Return Policy and our goal is to make your return simple and easy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we want to fix it. Simply return the form included with your package along with any item from your order in original condition (with tags) for a refund or exchange. If returning defectively manufactured merchandise, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the return/exchange. 

Note: To receive an exchanged item more quickly, return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order today. You will be responsible for shipping fees associated with the return/exchange. The method of shipping the item(s) back to us is your choice; we recommend you receive a tracking number when returning your package to ensure proof of delivery. Please note there will be an additional shipping charge for the new package if you request an exchange. It will take 2-10 business days from the date received for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If requesting an exchange, it may take up to 10 business days for your new order to ship.

Please Note:

  • Product may be returned in method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package aFnd using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns.
  • At your request we will issue a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (shipping fee will be quoted over the phone when requesting the return label. By accepting the prepaid return label, if we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping cost to your original payment source.
  • If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we will not reimburse shipping cost.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.
  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded upon returning your item.
  • NOTE: CDs, DVDs or other electronic media may only be returned if in the original unopened package. Undergarments are non-returnable.
  • Due to the collectible nature and high value of Personalized Jerseys, Memorabilia and Auction categories, these items are non-returnable. All sales are final.

    • Please allow 2-4 weeks for production and shipping of Personalized Game Jerseys, or 4-6 weeks for production and shipping of Personalized Elite Jerseys. This includes time to process, customize and ship your officially licensed personalized jersey.
    • Shipping costs will be reflected on checkout page
    • Your credit card will be charged the full amount at time of purchase
    • Please review the Size Chart (next to the Size dropdown box) to ensure a proper fit.
    • All sales are final for Personalized Jerseys. No returns will be accepted
